This isnt really salsa at all, but I thought it was cute. The lead isnt so great, but the follower is amazing. She follows everything he throws at her without a single mistake.

It wasn't long before she was being whirled around by a bunch of stripling boys twice her height and a couple of generations younger, which is pretty much how I feel since my salsa class was taken over by an influx of fresh-faced undergraduates from the uni.
Try as I might to pretend I am not actually 45 years of age, I find wiggling provocatively in front of an 18-year-old a bit daunting. Probably not as daunting as they do, though.

This is very nice! Original arm stylings make this routine a blast to watch. I love finding salseros with interesting ideas.

Very nice! I can totally see this couple dancing to Angel Canales. They have a unique style and original interpretation of the music.

We are looking for CD's, instructional DVDs, or anything else salsa that a hardcore salsero or salsera stuck in the middle off the desert might need. Click the link, and participate today!

The fact that Salsa is getting coverage on TV now is a good thing. But, there seems to be some debate as to whether or not the stuff they are showing is 'real salsa.' So, I thought I would put the question to you. Check out this Salsa video clip and let us know what you think. Is this really salsa? Click here to share your opinion. If there are any particularly good responses, I will post them here so everyone can read them.

Following through on a years-long promise to my wife, Nancy, I took my first salsa dance class this week. Salsa is an obsession here in Mexico City, and if I want to avoid looking like a complete fool at the city’s legion of salsa clubs I will need some professional help.

West has its fair share of unique dancing programs. Whether it be the boys dance squad or participating in the 'Blast Away Fat' dance video in gym class, there's no doubt that dancing opportunities extend well beyond the poms squad. And now a new dance craze has taken the school by storm. Sashaying in with swinging hips and 7-count dance steps comes 'Salsa Club,' the newest addition to the lair of the wildcats.

The haze did not deter some Singaporeans from dancing outdoors to break a Guinness Book of World Record on Sunday.
176 couples turned up at the inaugural Salsa Festival and danced their way to the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest Rueda Circle. [Editor: This cannot be the record. I seem to recall a much larger circle in Florida a while back. Anyone want to help me out? Email me rob (at) feedba.cc]

You've read about it, seen it in movies and now, it's in your living room every week via "Dancing with the Stars."
Come on, it's time to do that salsa.
On Monday nights, up-tempo Latin music sets the rhythm at Rosie O'Grady's when the dueling piano bar transforms into a melting pot.

HE'S an egotistical, serial womanising love rat - at least that's what we've been led to believe.
So it was with some trepidation that I went on a date with Strictly Come Dancing's quick-stepping Casanova Brendan Cole.

When they weren’t dodging rockets and roadside bombs in Baghdad, soldiers from the 18th Combat Support Battalion danced the salsa.
Salsa classes were one way soldiers from the unit relaxed during down time at their forward operating base at Baghdad International Airport.
